PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for scalability test, with which an effective and flexible test can be performed. SOLUTION: The scalability test system is provided with a plurality of application running devices for running application composed of a plurality of sets of software components, and a component flow control part for changing a number of software components to be executed corresponding to one request applied from a virtual request generator to the application corresponding to the contents of the test and making the application running device run the components.
