<p>An intramedullary nail system for reducing and fixing fractures in long bones includes an elongated intramedullary nail having radial portals about the circumference. Tang assemblies are slidably telescoped inside the nail with resilient tangs which are deployed through the portals to interlock the nail and the portions of the bone.</p> |
