摘要 1. A universal automated flow line for the production of items from natural or artificial stone, comprising a sawing and grinding-and-polishing equipment, a closed flow line for interoperational transfer of raw slabs mounted on trolleys kinematically connected to said flow line, and a mechanism for shifting raw slabs to a predetermined item thickness, characterized in that the flow line for interoperational transfer is designed as two opposite positioned rectilinear working conveyors, along the working zone of which a sawing equipment is mounted as an aggregate of columns with cutoff disks, and along the working zone of the second conveyor grinding-and polishing equipment is mounted, and three transfer conveyors arranged transversely to the working conveyors and interlocked with them, two of which are adapted to transfer trolleys with raw slabs from one working conveyor to the other and positioned at the ends of conveyor working zones, and the third transfer conveyor is arranged on the extension of the working conveyors to a blanking zone of the line, wherein the line is provided with an additional conveyor for final processing of items, comprising successively mounted a drive roller, a gauging unit, a mechanism for handling items, devices for bevelling, cleaning and drying items and a discharge roller, said additional conveyor for final processing items is positioned outside the closed flow line contour for interoperational transfer of raw slabs and connected to it by a dimensioning and cutting unit arranged at the end of the zone of the working conveyor with the sawing equipment and provided with a turn-over device for receiving cut-off items and an equipment for cutting items by length and transfer them to the charging roller of the additional conveyor for the final processing of items, besides the line is provided with equipment gauging items by width designed as two gauging heads mounted on one of columns of the sawing equipment preferably the first, wherein the mechanism for shifting raw slabs is equipped with a controllable stepper motor, wherein the line is provided with a common control unit determining and controlling the value of raw slab shift, velocity of trolley movement and load to the cutoff disks of the sawing equipment depending on physical characteristics of natural or artificial stones to be treated. 2. The line of Claim 1, characterized in that the grinding-and-polishing equipment is adapted for changing grinding-and polishing heads to percussion heads.
