PURPOSE: A biaxial rotating apparatus by using wind power is provided to generate energy by rotating regardless of direction of wind with installing two shafts, and to improve energy efficiency by using various kinds of wind with installing the rotating apparatus in the inclined place. CONSTITUTION: Two rotating shaft supporting bars(1,1') are installed, and rotating shaft cores(2,2') are inserted to rotating shaft tubes of the rotating shaft supporting bars. Rotating shaft supporting pipes(4,4') are contacted to shaft core rotating plates(3,3'), and rotating shaft cores are inserted to shaft core rotating plates. Plural symmetric wind plates(5) are fitted to core shaft rotating plates, and plural wind preventive units(6) are arranged in symmetric wind plates. Energy is generated with rotating the biaxial rotating apparatus on the inclined place by using wind. |
