摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a method for cooking meat by using lotus leaves which has antibacterial activity, stomach protection activity, and stanching activity. Therefore, the meat contains lotus leaf components having the above activities. CONSTITUTION: The method for cooking meat using lotus leaves characteristically comprises the steps of: washing meat; packing the meat with a lotus leaf and optionally paper and loess sequentially; and cooking the packed meat. Wherein the loess is mixed with the extract of medicinal herbs.
