PURPOSE: A frame B disposing method in case of digital video coding is provided to uniformly distribute frames B according to an interval of frames P for maximizing the continuation of the motion. CONSTITUTION: In a frame B disposing method in case of digital video coding, an interval of frame B is set by a round-up value of a value obtained by dividing the skipped number between the frames P with a value obtained by adding 1 to the number of frames B to insert, and the number of frames B to insert is set by a round-up value of the number obtained by adding an integer-times of the interval of frames B to the number of frames P. |
