CONSTITUTION: A music file storage part 68-1 stores additional information 70 for a personal computer(PC) which can be displayed by the personal computer and also stores additional information 72 for a portable device(PD) which can be displayed by the PD 5-1 as it is. In move-out mode, a transfer processing part 63 copies a music file 69 the PC additional information 70, and the PD additional information 72 stored in a music file storage part 68-1 to the portable device 5. When the data are correctly written to the portable device 5-1, the transfer processing part 63 deletes the music file 69, PC additional information 70, and PD additional information 72 from the music file storage part 68-1.
