PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing flavonolignan increased in solubility and elution rate of a flavonolignan component poor in the absorption rate is provided which exhibits an excellent treatment effect and is remarkably increased in oral bioavailability in the range of pH 1.2 to 7.4. CONSTITUTION: The oral composition comprises: one or more active components selected from a Cardus marianus extract as a flavonolignan component, silibinin refined therefrom or derivatives thereof, a Curcuma X extract, curcumin refined therefrom and derivatives thereof; a surfactant; and a cosolvent in a ratio of 1:0.1 to 20:0.1 to 20. And the composition contains at least one pharmaceutically acceptable additive selected from the group consisting of a flavoring agent, sweetening agent, pH controller, antioxidant, preservative and stabilizer.
