PURPOSE: A bookmarker which is used for a long period of time, does not cause environmental pollution and can be manufactured as a high-quality product differently from an existing bookmarker is provided, and a manufacturing method of the bookmarker is provided. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a bookmarker comprises the processes of forming a gold or silver film(13) on the upper layer of a plastic film(1) by laminating; and forming a printing layer on the gold or silver film(13) formed on the upper layer of the plastic film(1) by printing an ultraviolet (UV) ink. The bookmarker comprises a plastic film(1) having a thickness of 250 to 350 μm; a film(13) which is formed on the upper layer of the plastic film(1); and a printing layer(4) having a thickness of 5 to 10 μm which is formed on the upper layer of the film(13) by printing a translucent UV ink, wherein the printing layer(4) is formed of a certain shaped irregular surface.
