PURPOSE: A porous concrete cobble aggregate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a process of manufacture and reduce a production cost thereof, and to facilitate an installation work. CONSTITUTION: The porous concrete cobble aggregate(1) is constructed by disposing a plurality of ball shaped porous concrete cobble units(2) in at least one row. A net(3) as a flexible connector is assembled within a horizontal cross section of each porous concrete cobble unit so that each unit contains four knots(4) of the net. The net is positioned in a lower point than a center height point of each porous concrete cobble unit. In addition, a loop(5) is formed per each corner unit among the aggregate so as to be used as a carrying hook member or for the bonding of the aggregates.
