METHOD FOR QUANTIFYING BETA IG-H3 PROTEIN AND DIAGNOSIS KIT USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for quantifying beta ig-h3 protein and a diagnosis kit using the same are provided, thereby disease associated with TGF-beta can be rapidly and effectively diagnosed. CONSTITUTION: The method for quantifying beta ig-h3 protein comprises the steps of: preparing a beta ig-h3 protein or a recombinant protein of a beta ig-h3 pas-1 domain; preparing an antibody for the beta ig-h3 protein or a recombinant protein of a beta ig-h3 pas-1 domain; and quantifying the beta ig-h3 protein contained in a test sample by using quantifying method with the above protein and antibody, wherein the quantifying method is selected from the group consisting of immune blotting, immune precipitation, ELISA, RIA(Radioimmuno assay), protein chip, rapid assay and microarray.
