The door handle (1) has a main body (2) forming a hand grip surface. One end of the handle has a stub (3) for attachment to the door lock. The handle has disinfectant pads (4) attached along its length by retaining clips (5). The main handle body can have recesses to receive the pads. The pads can hold disinfectant and deodorant.
