PURPOSE: A motor having rotatable shaft coupled with a worm shaft is provided to reduce generation of noises and vibrations at a connection between a rotatable shaft of a rotor and a worm shaft. CONSTITUTION: A motor comprises a motor main body(2) including a rotatable shaft(6), a speed reducing unit(3) which is connected to the motor main body(2) and includes a worm shaft(23), and a coupling unit(20) for coupling the rotatable shaft(6) with the worm shaft(23). The worm shaft(23) is substantially coaxial with the rotatable shaft(6). The coupling UNIT(20) includes a driving-side rotator, which is connected with the rotatable shaft(6) to rotate integrally with the rotatable shaft(6), and a driven-side rotator(29), which is connected to the worm shaft(23) to rotate integrally with the worm shaft(23) and is engageable with the driving-side rotator in a rotational direction.
