GRAPHITE SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME AS WELL AS RADIATING PARTS FORMED BY LAMINATING GRAPHITE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that thermal resistance of the contact areas between graphite sheets and heating elements as well as radiating fins increases, making a radiating effect liable to be impaired. SOLUTION: The graphite sheet 1 is constituted by applying waxes 3 and 4 to the surface of a graphite layer 2 forming thermal conductivity. As a result, radiating parts are fitted with this graphite sheet 1 and the waxes 3 and 4 are melted, by which the waxes can be filled into the joints of ruggedness formed on the surfaces of the graphite layer 2 and the radiating parts. The graphite sheet 1 which is small in the thermal resistance in the contact areas of the graphite sheet 1 and the radiating parts and has the excellent radiating effect is thus obtained.
