PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for detecting a setting state of a programmable device such as an FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) that detects the configuration of the programmable device as a whole circuit so as to control the operation of the circuit thereby enhancing the surety of the circuit operation and minimizing wasteful works of a user. SOLUTION: When configuration end signals S3, S5, S7, S9, S11 outputted from a plurality of FPGAs 11a-11c, 13b, 13c all reach an 'H' level, an AND circuit 21 outputs a configuration end signal S20 at a level 'H'. A control signal changeover circuit 23 controls a control signal and a bus signal to be deactivated through the connection of signal lines L1, L2 due to a high impedance state when the configuration end signal S20 goes to a level 'L'. |
