PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently arrange the orders from customers every belonging address of the customers. SOLUTION: This device comprises an order data acquiring part 350 for acquiring a plurality of order data together with customer identification information for identifying the customers making the order data; a selection part 360 for selecting detailed data necessary for formation of a bill of particulars from the order data; an belonging address database 320 for storing the customer identification information for a plurality of customers in conformation to the belonging addresses of the customers; a matching part 370 for matching the detailed data selected by the selection part to the belonging address by use of the customer identification information acquired by the order data acquiring part 350 and the belonging address database 320; and a specification database 330 for storing the detailed data matched by the matching part 370 in conformation to the belonging address as at least part of data for forming the bill of a detailed statement.
