PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aid management system enabling a desired facility to be greatly expanded by eliminating the trouble for managing the budget for subsidies and the trouble for making procedures required of each member. SOLUTION: In addition to a database 7 in which bill information for each member of a credit institution is recorded, another database is provided in which specific information about the facility to be aided by a subsidiary system for organizations and about each member and individual aid consideration information for each member are registered. Further, a control means is provided which carries out computation processes such that when bill information about a credit account is received from a credit account facility or the like, a judgement is made as to whether the subject of the account is the facility or a member of the organization, and then a judgement is made as to whether or not the budget set for auxiliary considerations still remains, by referring to the individual aid consideration information for each member; when it remains, a predetermined auxiliary consideration is subtracted from the amount billed as the bill information and from the budget, within the range of that remainder, and the bill after this subtraction is added to the bill information for each member as the amount billed for the member, while an amount equal to this subtraction is added to the information as the amount billed for the organization. |
