<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a highly accurate tree cutting investigation start time including negotiations with landowners. SOLUTION: The system includes a power company 1 managing a transmission line, a separation surveyor 2, an every tree surveyor 3, a deforester 4, the landowners 5 and a data base 6. The investigation start time of trees to be cut can be accurately predicted by registering and additionally registering various pieces of data of land and trees along with various pieces of data regarding the landowners 5 in the data base 6, and the negotiation period is shortened by optimally negotiating with respective landowners 5.</p> |
