<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage detector circuit for sensing stably high voltage, even if a power source voltage supplied externally varies. SOLUTION: In a high voltage detector generating a pumping control signal raising this voltage, when the high voltage in an integrated circuit provided with a high-voltage generating section generating high voltage, to which the boosted internal voltage is fixed voltage or less, the sensor is provided with a reference voltage supply section 100 for supplying reference voltage, a low- voltage detecting section 200 generating a low-voltage detecting signal enabled, when the internal voltage is at the prescribed level or less by comparing the reference voltage with the internal voltage, and a control signal output section 300, constituted of current mirror for making the high voltage and the internal voltage as power source voltage and for outputting a pumping control signal which has a first or a second potential level, by controlling current quantity flowing in the current miller by the low-voltage detecting signal.</p> |
