SOLUTION: The radio communication apparatus is provided with a means for preparing a transmitting frame shorter than the 1/4 cycle of a commercial power supply frequency and a means for transmitting the prepared transmitting frame continuously for a period longer than one cycle of the commercial power supply frequency.
