PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic rotating device allowing the repulsive force of a permanent magnet to effectively act in taking out the rotation, and realizing the practical application of the rotating device using the permanent magnet. SOLUTION: A fixed inner magnet 2 opposite to an inner peripheral face of a rotating magnet 1 at its outer peripheral face through a gap, and a fixed outer magnet 3 located outside the rotating magnet 1 and opposite to the outer peripheral face of the rotating magnet 1 at its inner peripheral face through a gap are respectively mounted inside the rotatably supported cylindrical rotating magnet 1. The outer peripheral face of the rotating magnet 1 and the inner peripheral face of the fixed outer magnet 3, and the inner peripheral face of the rotating magnet 1 and the outer peripheral face of the fixed inner magnet 2 are respectively provided with the same polarities to be repulsive to one another, and the opposite faces of the rotating magnet 1, the fixed inner magnet 2 and the fixed outer magnet 3 are respectively provided with plural angular parts 12-15 for adding the repulsive force of magnetic force to the rotating magnet as the torque.
