PUNCHING UNIT, AND PUNCHING UNIT ASSEMBLY BODY CONSTITUTED FROM A PLURALITY OF PUNCHING UNITS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching unit and a punching unit assembly body having an efficient crime preventive function and an efficient fire preventive function by adopting a screen using punching metal for which washing is easy and replacement is unnecessary. SOLUTION: Lateral grilles constituting the punching unit are provided at the upper portion and the lower portion at predetermined intervals. Each of the upper lateral grille and the lower lateral grille has a fitting portion with a shape capable of fitting the upper portion and the lower portion together. A number of punching boles are made in the face plate portion formed with the grille portions as one united body between the upper lateral grille and the lower lateral grille thereby constituting the punching portion. The upper lateral grille has fitting projections facing each other inwardly. The lower lateral grille has fitting grooves facing outwardly to which the fitting projections are fitted. The lower lateral grilles are stacked in such a manner that the fitting grooves facing outwardly are fitted to the fitting projections at the top of the upper lateral grille thereby constituting a punching unit assembly body.
