PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method, by which a wall having fine appearance can be constructed easily, and the constructed wall. SOLUTION: Wooden forms 1 are arranged on the rear side face of the wall, and a tile retaining board 2 is arranged on the surface side face of the wall. A placing-form holding member 3 is projected towards the surface side face of the wall from the forms 1, and the tile retaining board 2 is retained by the front end of the placing-form holding member 3. Concrete 19 is placed between the forms 1 and the tile retaining board 2. Concrete is cured, a metal fitting 10 is removed and the forms 1 are released. Tiles 20 are retained to tile-retaining board retaining sections 7 for the tile retaining boards 2, and fixed with adhesives as required in this case.
