摘要 1. A method for producing feed additions from organic wastes providing reducing initial raw material to powder state during 2-3 sec at temperature of 900-1000 degree C with subsequent its reducing to 100-150 degree C, separation and removing coarse and heavy waste particles with the diameter of less 0.1 mm, separation and removing of coarse-dispersed waste particles with the diameter exceeding 3 mm, sterilization and final drying of ready product during period of time sufficient to destroy pathogenic bacteria to permissible level by sanitary norms and water content 8-12%, characterized in that liquid solution (broth) of a product is produced from a mixture (water-dry feed additions) in weight ratio 10:1 by bringing the mixture to boiling during 20-30 min with continuous agitation the mixture and subsequent settling (precipitation of non-soluble particles to a container bottom) during 20-30 min and removing non-soluble sediment. 2. A processing line for producing feed additions from organic wastes comprising: a container for raw material; a furnace with a heating chamber and a crushing rotor with curvilinear blades facing their convex part to the rotating side; a feeder designed as a conveyor screw transforming then into a blade scatterer and positioned in the upper part of the furnace; a heat generator arranged in the upper part of the drying chamber; an outlet in the form of a pipe with a double bend, wherein first the bend is 90 degree ; a cooling system, separation and removing fine-dispersed wastes, having intermediate and final cyclones, connected to each other by pneumatic conveyors pneumatic drives, the first of intermediate cyclone is connected to the furnace outlet by apneumatic conveyor and with a suction fan and a chimney; a cut-off air valve for selecting ready product and arrange beneath the penultimate cyclone; a cut-off air valve for selection of fine-dispersed wastes arranged beneath the last of cyclones; a collecting container; a device for separation and removing coarse-dispersed wastes arranged under an air valve of the peniltimate cyclone and comprising a vibro sieve, a receiving funnel and a waste container; a device for sterilization and final drying of the product connected to the receiving funnel of the vibro sieve and comprising a final drying chamber with a spiral wire conveyor inside, a driving device, inlet and outlet pipes, a container for collecting ready production, characterized in that further comprising a device for preparing aqueous solution (broth) from dry feed additions, comprising a container with a filling neck, a heating element, a pneumatic agitator, a safety valve, valves for draining aqueuos solution and non-soluble residue. 3. The processing line of Claim 2, characterized in that said intermediate cyclone is provided with a device for forced cooling, comprising: an additional lining (housing) forming an air space between it and the cyclone body; a heater; inlet and outlet pipes; a thermoinsulation layer. 4. The processing line of Claim 2 and 3, characterized in that a new design for sterilization and final drying of the ready product is developed, comprising a straight cylindrical final drying chamber with a spiral wire conveyor inside rigidly connected to the main shaft on bearings via radial spokes, said inlet pipe is connected to a vibro sieve, and the outlet pipe is connected to the collecting container, inlet and outlet pipes of air heating, wherein the inlet pipe is provided with a shutter and connected to the air space of the intermediate cyclone of Claim 3, and the outlet pipe to the chimney, a device for regulating of thickness of the product layer comprising a joint and an adjusting screw, moisture content and temperature sensors. 5. The processing line of Claims 2 to 4, characterized in that all heat-emitting elements (furnace, pipelines, etc) are coated with a heat-insulation layer.
