PURPOSE: Provided is an auto-continuous melting furnace system to produce purified salt by heating quickly to a very high temperature with low and high frequencies. Therefore, the system removes harmful materials and enables to produce a large quantity of salt at a small area. CONSTITUTION: The melting furnace(5) is heated over 1300deg.C by self induction due to the wavelength of low and high frequency transmitted by induction coil(6) surrounding furnace, and is covered with heat resistant materials(6-1) to prevent heat from transferring to the outside. The harmful gases generated from salt melting and water are discharged through an outlet(9) on a cover(10) of the furnace. The molten salt, transferred by the rotation of a melt-exhaust screw(18), is forced to cool by cooling water, solidified, and ground for purified salt. |
