The subject of invention submitted is the process and equipment for preparation of mixtures of core material leavings, preferentially those of mineral wool, and filling of deep troughs of the profile of lightweight building panels. The patent application upgrades the equipment and the process for preparation of mixtures of mineral wool leavings and for filling of deep troughs of the profile in such a manner that they are suitable for lightweight building panels which have shallow and/or deep troughs of the profile, are filled with a mineral wool core material, fulfil the requirements of proper mechanical characteristics, and are highly resistant to fire and non-burning at the same time. The process of filling deep troughs of the profile enables a simple filling of panel ribs of various shapes and cross-section sizes. The equipment and the process make the component of a continuous line for the production of lightweight building panels. They are taking into account the environmental aspects and the aspects of health protection of persons employed. The process is automatized and so is any part of the equipment in the process.
