<p>PURPOSE: A block using fly ash and rubber chips is provided to secure superior durability, robustness and resilience by manufacturing a block having a two stage cross sectional structure consisting of an elastic layer and a support layer using waste tire that is crushed into pieces in a chip shape. CONSTITUTION: The block(10) using fly ash(21) and rubber chips(22) is characterized in that a two stage inner cross sectional structure of the block integrally comprises an upper elastic layer(11) comprising 100 weight parts of rubber pallets(12) crushed to a particle diameter of 0.6 to 1 mm, 5 to 15 weight parts of polyurethane base binder and 0.1 to 5 weight parts of pigment, and an intermediate support layer(13) comprising 100 weight parts of waste tire rubber pallets crushed to a particle diameter of 1 to 10 mm, 20 to 30 weight parts of fly ash(21) and 15 to 25 weight parts of polyurethane base binder.</p> |
