PURPOSE: To efficiently operate a system which is parallel-connected with a plurality of devices, and to prevent these devices from being broken down. CONSTITUTION: In the system parallel-connected with the plurality of devices, respectively being provided with a monitoring function and being linked each other via a network, a central processor maintains constant status monitoring of each device. The difference between tolerance and present status for each device is defined as a state reserve capacity, and a controlled variable required for the system is allocated, so as to uniformize the state reserve capacity for each device. Additionally the controlled variable is allocated so that the state reserve capacity becomes zero or more, that is, the present state value does not exceed tolerance. Thus an efficient system having no device breakdown can be obtained. |
