PURPOSE: Provided is a water supply unit of an aquarium, which comprises a reverse U type pipe and a joint hose equipped with a valve, therefore can exchange the water of the aquarium simply by Siphon action without power. CONSTITUTION: The water supply unit of the aquarium comprises the reverse U type pipe(100), mounted on the inside and outside of the aquarium wall, and the joint hose(140) joined with the reverse U type pipe(100) and equipped with the valve(150) to control water supply, wherein the reverse U type pipe(100) comprises curved outer pipe(100a) and inner pipe(100b) as one body and a valve(110) is mounted on the lower part of the outer pipe(100a) and a sluice gate(130) is formed on the end of the inner pipe(100b).
