PURPOSE: Provided are a material composition and a preparation method of a hair pin to keep the hair pin beautiful and prevent the damage of design, cubics, and stones formed on a decoration plate. CONSTITUTION: The hair pin is produced by a process comprising the steps of: injecting acryl and plastic material; performing color design by using folk art; surface-treating at a temperature of 70deg.C for 40-50 minutes by using an urethane resin to form a protection coating film; punching holes; bonding the cubics and the stones.
