A process for preparing a water-soluble article comprising a water-soluble primary thermoformed component and a water-soluble secondary component attached thereto, which comprises placing the secondary component in the cavity of a thermoforming mould, thereafter placing a primary component in o r over the thermoforming mould, forming the primary thermoformed component by thermoforming the primary component in the mould, and removing the article from the mould.
