PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car-mounted navigation system of a turn-by-turn method which can solve various anxieties held by a driver since visual information amount is scarce through appropriate information presentation. SOLUTION: When a current position of a vehicle is on a recommended route immediately after a certain guidance (S203, S205), it is judged as a driver has driven the car properly according to the guidance, and the driver is notified that the route was correct (S206). By this, the driver's anxiety generated when turning at a crossing or the like is solved. When the vehicle is passing a predetermined peripheral guidance place, auxiliary guidance in the place is presented (S210). By this, the driver's anxiety generated when the driver is driving straight for a long time is solved. When the vehicle arrives at a destination, information on the neighborhood of the destination is presented (S211). By this, the anxiety of the driver who is not familiar with the destination is solved. |
