PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve simplification and cost reduction in a rotating member supporting structure, such as lock pins, in the disk detection mechanism of a disk playback unit. SOLUTION: A lock pin 24 is provided with a shaft 24a which can be fitted rotatably in the shaft holes 42f of a pair of brackets 42e formed integrally with a clamping arm 42 by sheet metal working, a rectangular part 24f provided on one end of the shaft 24a, another rectangular part 24g provided on a part of the shaft close to the other end of the shaft 24a and a circular part 24h provided between one of the rectangular parts 24f and the shaft 24a and has a larger diameter than that of the shaft 24a. Both sides of the shaft 24a is fitted rotatably into the shaft holes 42f of the brackets 42e, by inserting the rectangular parts 24f and 24g from the notched parts 42g of the shaft holes 42f of the bracket 42e and moving toward one side.
