PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact test device capable of easily finding impact energy given to a test material. SOLUTION: The impact energy given to the test material 17 is found by measuring a temperature change of an aluminum made bottom plate 14a of a container 14 on which the test material 17 is placed by an infrared ray radiation thermometer 18 at the time of carrying out an inflammability test of the test material 17 in liquid oxygen by freely dropping a plummet on a striker pin and giving the impact energy to the test material 17 placed on the bottom plate 14a of the container 14 storing liquid oxygen through this striker pin 13.
