PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition capable of forming a cured product excellent in adhesion to a plastic base material, durability such as a gloss-retaining property and the like and resistance to staining due to outdoor exposure, a coating obtained using the same and a coated matter coated with the coating. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises a composite resin (C), which is composed of a polysiloxane segment (A) having a hydroxy group bonded to a silicon atom and/or a hydrolyzable group bonded to a silicon atom and a polymer segment (B) other than the polysiloxane, an amino group- containing polymer (D), and at least one of an epoxy group-containing compound (E) selected from the group consisting of a compound bearing at least two epoxy groups in one molecule and a compound bearing both an epoxy group and a hydrolyzable group bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule.
