PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translation telephone system that can output a synthesized voice translated in the order of uttered sounds even when the uttered sequence of uttered sounds differs from the completion sequence of voice processing. SOLUTION: In the case of applying processes of voice recognition, language translation and synthesis voice to a series of uttered voices given to a telephone set 20 (30) and outputting the result to the telephone set 30 (20), the translation phone system 10 captures the voice of utterers. The translation phone system 10 stores utterance time information of the uttered voice to a memory by each utterance. Then the translation phone system 10 acquires the synthesis voice from the memory in the sequence according to the utterance time information and provides an output when outputting the translated synthesis voice.
