TRANSGENIC ANIMAL EXPRESSING SRG3 ANTISENSE RNA FRAGMENT IN THYMOCYTES SPECIFICALLY AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: Provided are a transgenic animal expressing SRG3 antisense RNA fragment in thymocytes specifically and a method for preparing the transgenic animal which can be used for the study of the regulation mechanism of immunocyte differentiation and immunity. CONSTITUTION: The transgenic animal is obtained by the steps of: preparing an expression vector pLck-alpha SRG3 which contains a fusion gene construct of 8.2kb including SRG3 cDNA fragment of 2.8kb; cutting the expression vector with restriction enzymes to obtain a fusion gene construct; injecting the fusion gene construct into a fertilized egg of a mammal to obtain a transgenic fertilized egg(KCTC 0973BP); and implanting the transgenic egg to the uterus of a surrogate mother to obtain a transgenic animal.
