PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system capable of multiplexing a plurality of frequency hopping systems on the same frequency without allowing them to interfere each other. SOLUTION: The system in which a temporary network is constituted on the assumption of the use of a limited region in a short distance is provided with a serial-parallel converter 1-1 which converts serial data into parallel signals, a plurality of transmitters which transmit the parallel signals, a plurality of receivers which are provided by the same number as the number of the parallel signals, receive the signals from the transmitters and demodulate the signals, and a parallel-serial converter 1-2 which converts the parallel signals outputted from the plurality of receivers into serial signals.
