SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical composition for preventing and/or treating a disease associated with an excess of IL-12 production comprises an effective amount of at least one kind of phosphodiesterase E4(PDE4) inhibitor or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof and at least one kind of a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
