<p>Homologs of interleukin-1, materials and methods for making them, compositions comprising them, and methods of using them are disclosed. The homologs are proteins comprising a sequence of amino acid residues as shown in SEQ ID NO:2 from residue 32 through residue 166. The proteins have inflammation modulating activity and are useful within related research and therapeutic applications.</p> |
