Radiographic imaging, particularly for detection of micro-calcifications within the breast using an anti-dispersion or anti-diffusion grill moved so as to prevent imaging of the grill

Method in which an anti-diffusion grill (7) is displaced between the object (5) and the receiver (6) of a radiography system. The grill is displaced in a rectilinear manner between a start and end point according to a temporal reference displacement law with a displacement speed that is high near the start and end points. A measure of the X-ray energy received by the receiver is used continuously to modify the grill displacement speed. An Independent claim is made for a radiography device with a displaceable grill between the object and imaging receiver to improve the quality of the resultant radiographic image.
