PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity control and ventilation device which prevents condensation in an air supply path or the like and attains energy saving during a condensation preventing operation. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a dehumidification unit 1A for dehumidifying outdoor air, and a sensible-heat heat exchanger 5 for exchanging heat between indoor air and the outdoor air which has passed through the dehumidification unit. Switching is conducted between a dehumidification- ventilation operation mode, and a ventilation operation mode wherein the dehumidification unit 1A is stopped. In a ventilation operation mode under a certain condition, the dehumidification unit 1A is operated. |
