PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element that can make the area increased and cost reduced. SOLUTION: This photoelectric conversion element is composed of a plurality of unit elements, each of which is constituted by laminating a first conductive layer, photoelectric conversion layer, carrier transport layer, second conductive layer, and flexible film upon a substrate in this order, and has photoelectric conversion function; and in the conversion elements, the unit elements are electrically connected in series by partially bringing the first conductive layers formed by patterning on the substrates and second conductive layers, formed by patterning on the flexible films into contact with each other. |
