PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide humidity control equipment capable of securely maintaining an interior space comfortable and realizing energy conservation. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a moisture-absorbing/releasing member 3 having a first and second air passages 30 and 31 and a regenerative heating means 4 heating the air passing through the second air passage 30 of the moisture-absorbing/releasing member 3. The moisture of the air passing through the first air passage 30 is absorbed, and the dehumidified air is supplied indoors. The moisture is released to the heated air passing through the second air passage 31 to regenerate the moisture-absorbing/releasing member 3. The heating capacity of the regenerative heating means 4 is controlled, so that the indoor air may have the target humidity.
