PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizing mechanism suppressing rotational vibration of a computer drive disk or the like. SOLUTION: Vibration caused by drive platter (24) is suppressed, by pressing previously a computer drive disk with the elastic force of a first spring contactor (28) and a second spring-load contact (30). Thereby, accuracy of read-out/write-in of the computer drive disk can be improved.
