PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device, which is miniaturized and whose thickness is thinned and which has satisfactory impact resistance by realizing a head actuator, in which the head support arm is rotatable in the two directions which are the vertical direction and the radial direction of a disk, and also which has a structure in which the head support arm is integrated. SOLUTION: This head actuator has a permanent magnet 11, which is fixed to a fixing yoke 12 in the vacant space of a pair of yokes, so as to be constituted of the outer peripheral part 3a of a first bearing part 3 and the fixing yoke 12 and a seek coil 9 and a ring coil 10, which are fixed to a head supporting arm 2 so as to face with the permanent magnet 11 and so as to be freely rotatable and movable in the gap space. Moreover, the head actuator is made to have a constitution, in which a first rotational movement means 21 is constituted of the seek coil 9, the one pair of yokes and the permanent magnet 11 and the head support arm 2 turns in the radial direction of a disk 15 around the first bearing part 3, and a second rotational movement means 22 is constituted of the ring coil 10, the one pair of the yokes and the permanent magnet 11 and the arm 2 turns in the vertical direction of the disk 15 about a second bearing part 4.
