PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized managing system for preventing or dealing with an intrusion. SOLUTION: Network equipment 3 detects an intrusion packet P1 transmitted from an intruder terminal 6 and transfers a packet P2, with which the intrusion packet P1 is encapsuled, to a data center 1, a managing system 11 of the data center 1 analyzes the packet P2, encapsules a response packet P4, which is made look like a response from an attack object server 5, from a dummy server 13 into packet P3 and transmits the packet P3 to network equipment 3 and the network equipment 3 decapsules the packet P3, extracts the response packet P4 and transmits it to the intruder terminal 6. Thus, the intruder terminal 6 regards the response packet P4 as a response from the attack object server 5 and starts intruding the dummy server 13.
