PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a quartz roller from breaking by providing a drive mechanism in which a quartz roller constituting a feeder part of a substrate is improved, and to prevent irregular rotation by precisely synchronizing rotation of rollers, related to a heating device of a substrate for a display panel. SOLUTION: The feeder part comprises a line of quartz rollers 1 which is, aligned along the flow direction of a substrate O, rotatably supported by frames 4a and 4b, and a drive means which rotates quartz rollers 1 all at once while the quartz rollers 1 are synchronized with each other. The drive means comprises a pulley 2 which is arranged around a roller shaft 1b of each quartz roller 1 and rotatably supported by the frame 4b, a timing belt 3 attached to each pulley 2, a motor which drives the timing belt 3 so that the pulleys 2 are synchronously rotated, and a transmission member which transmits the rotation of each pulley 2 to the roller shaft 1b coping with any eccentricity. The transmission member comprises a cam wheel 5 on which, fitted to the roller shaft 1b, a cam groove 5c is formed, and a cam follower 6 which, fitted to the pulley 2, engages with the cam groove 5c. |
