PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starting method and a manufacturing method of a solid polymer fuel cell, which can make the solid polymer fuel cell start quickly with high cell output. SOLUTION: A conditioning is carried out by connecting the fuel cell to an outer circuit 7 before making the solid state polymer cell 4 generate electricity, and by making a current, with a current density bigger than prescribed of output current density, which is required depending on a requirement of an outside load when generating electricity, flow into the fuel cell and the outside load in advance. |
