摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer information required for taking past visit information or a purchase history in a conversation with a customer when a retail shop salesperson serves the customer, offer information for preparing service to the customer for the salesperson when the customer comes to the store by detecting who comes the shop and where in a sales area the customer exists, and thereby support for effectively building connection with the good customer by a topic or service based on the customer information. SOLUTION: A radio identification tag is given to the customer, and a receiver of the radio identification tag is installed on an entrance and each sales area of the retail shop. When the customer enters the shop and walks around the shop, the receiver receives a radio wave of the radio identification tag. The receiver reads the identification number of the radio identification tag. The computer reads out the information of the corresponding customer based on the identification number and displays it on an information output terminal. Thus, the salesperson can thoroughly prepare for a talk or service to the customer before serving the customer.
